Are you an experienced Worship Leader ready to take the next step in your career? Don’t miss this opportunity to join the Sagebrush Worship Team! We are seeking someone with exceptional skills who is comfortable leading weekend services from our largest location, Riverside.

For this position, you will need to have excellent on-stage leadership, both musically and spiritually. We are seeking someone with exceptional vocal and strong instrumental abilities who is comfortable performing across a wide variety of genres.

Day to day

What you will do.

  • Use strong on-stage leadership to facilitate a consistent and engaging worship experience.
  • Build, maintain, and develop a community of musicians, including recruiting volunteers.
  • Be passionate about the mission of Sagebrush: to know Christ and make Christ known.
  • Follow up and provide ongoing care to a team of campus musicians, providing worship updates, community initiatives, and training.
  • Be active in the campus ministry and share your ideas for bringing people together through outreach, community events, and social activities.

Required

What you need.

  • A dynamic and growing relationship with Christ, and enjoy a Jesus-focused way of life.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of Worship Leader experience.
  • Exceptionally strong vocal talent.
  • Ability to play a musical instrument.
  • Natural ability to connect quickly and encourage people to worship together.
  • Ability to coach musicians and lead a band in a live performance environment.
  • Experience with the following software: AbletonLive, ProPresenter, and Planning Center Online.

  • Music education is a plus, but not required.
