A hands-on season of ministry training where you serve alongside our team, learn how the church works, and grow as a leader.
The program
What it is.
The apprenticeship is for people who sense God calling them toward ministry and want to test that calling in real life, not just a classroom. You join a ministry team, carry real responsibility, and meet regularly with leaders who invest in you.
Before you apply
What it takes.
- A growing relationship with Jesus.
- Willingness to serve wherever the team needs you.
- Availability for weekend services and weekly training.
What a week looks like.
Apprentices split their time between serving on a ministry team, training with staff, and personal development. You will help carry a real weekend, sit in on planning meetings, and debrief what you are learning with a leader who knows your name.
The goal is simple: by the end of the program you know what ministry actually asks of you, and you know whether it is the work God is calling you to.
