The role
About this role.
Kids are not the church of tomorrow, they are part of the church right now. As the Kids Ministry Coordinator you build and lead the volunteer teams that make weekends work for families at Riverside, from check-in to the last pickup.
Day to day
What you will do.
- Recruit, train, and encourage weekend kids volunteers.
- Prepare rooms, lessons, and check-in before each service.
- Keep safety and background-check standards current.
- Connect with parents and help new families get settled.
You
What you bring.
- A growing relationship with Jesus and a heart for kids.
- Experience leading volunteers or classroom teams.
- Comfortable being on your feet across a busy weekend.
